How do I swap my book?
The book swap email is sent 3 days before your payment is taken on the 1st of the month. It will include a link to the portal where you can swap your book. PLEASE NOTE: The book on your order confirmation IS the book you will receive - updating your book on the portal after your payment has been taken will not update your book choice for that month. You will need to contact us to change it! :)
Can I buy a product in the box individually?
Yes, if a box does not sell out, all components will go up on the website after dispatch to be purchased individually.
When will my payment be taken?
Payment will be taken on the 1st of the month.
Can I change my size at any point?
Yes, you can change your size on the portal, or contact us via the website! Our sizing is standardised, meaning a M will measure the same pit-pit whether it's a t-shirt or sweatshirt.
What courier do you use?
Royal Mail for UK orders and DPD for international.
