How do I swap my book?
The book swap email is sent to all active subscribers on the 9th of the month. So make sure your email is contactable and your subscription is not paused, it may also be worth checking your spam folder! Book swaps close on the 17th. If you subscribe for the first time after the 9th, please send an email requesting the book swap form.
Can I buy a product in the box individually?
Yes, if a box does not sell out, all components will go up on the website after dispatch to be purchased individually.
When will my payment be taken?
Your payment will go out on the same date that you initially subscribed by default, however you can log into the portal and change it.
Can I change my size at any point?
Yes, you can change your size on the portal, or contact us via the website! Our sizing is standardised, meaning a M will measure the same pit-pit whether it's a t-shirt or sweatshirt.
What courier do you use?
Royal Mail
